A seasoned communications strategist, Sarah Greer Bartnick supports clients in using communications tools to achieve their overall business goals. Sarah’s career has spanned corporate, small business, government and nonprofit organizations and directly supported political officials and executives at every level. She can write almost anything. And she gets results:

  • NonProfit #1: Sarah’s media outreach for a major event doubled earned coverage, with 100% on-message, positive reporting. Sarah also suggested “embedding” reporters with volunteer teams at a separate community service event, earning coverage from every TV news station in town.

  • NonProfit #2: Sarah helped the Executive Director revamp an annual fundraising campaign with new promotional materials and messaging, earning a 58% increase in donations from the previous year.

  • Federal Government Client: Sarah developed a “Did You Know?” series that increased enrollment in under-used programs by 31% over six months and tripled web traffic for those programs as information was released.

For a decade in Washington, DC, Sarah provided communications support at the highest levels. She developed content for public-facing materials as an aide for a Member of Congress,

at the White House and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). She coordinated media logistics for Presidential events, prepared executive remarks, supported media relations and developed web content. At a large management consulting firm, Sarah supported government programs by leading campaigns, event communications strategies, annual communication plans, policy launches, media outreach and more. She also taught the strategic communications training class for incoming consultants in the firm’s practice group of more than 600 communicators.

A graduate of Baylor University, Sarah lives in The Woodlands, Texas, with her husband, two young children and puppy.
